What is a cutoff window?
**All of our subscription types have an "order by" date, also referred as a cutoff window.**
Our Weekend Warrior Boxes and our Dabble Packs cutoff window is the 4th of every month. If you subscribe before the 4th of the month, you will receive that months box. If you subscribe after the 4th of the month, your first box received from us will be the following month's box.
Our People's Champ Box cutoff window is the 24th of every month. If you subscribed before the 24th, you will receive that month's People's Champ Box. If you subscribe after the 24th, your first People's Champ Box will be the following month's box.
When Does my order ship out?
If you purchased a single order item or items, your order will typically ship within a few business days. 1-5 business days is the standard target date for non-subscription based orders.
Our subscription cycle for the Weekend Warrior Box and Dabble Pack are identical. If you subscribed prior to the 4th of the month, you will receive said month's subscription. For example, you subscribed on the 3rd of the month, you will receive the subscription which will ship out on or by the 9th of each month. Subscribing past the 4th guarantees you'll receive the following month's subscription which will ship out on or by the 9th of the following month. See calendar below;
Our subscription cycle for the People's Champ Box differs from our Weekend Warrior Box and Dabble Pack. The cutoff date for the People's Champ Box is the 24th of every month. The target date to ship out our People's Champ Box is the 4th of each month. We always attempt to ship these boxes out prior to the 4th - However, these boxes typically include hand carved balsa baits that take a little longer to build which often delays our shipping process for these boxes.
When Will my subscription renew?
All of our subscription products will auto-renew. If you don't want your subscription to renew, you must cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date by logging into your account on our website.
Our Weekend Warrior Boxes and Dabble Packs will renew on the 15th of every month.
Our People's Champ Box will auto renew on the 4th of every month.
Why Can't i subscribe to the people's champ box?
Our People's Champ Box is our most coveted subscription box according to our customers. These boxes are a very limited quantity each month. If you're receiving an error message while trying to subscribe, it is because we're sold out of openings for that month. If you would like to subscribe, you can check back on the 5-6 of each month to see if there are any openings on our website. Once the spots are full, they will be full for the month. These boxes get customer priority on a first come, first serve basis.
